Do I need a visa for Uzbekistan?

Citizens of more than 90 countries, including the EU, UK, Japan and many others, can visit visa-free for up to 30 days. Others can apply for an e-visa online — we will gladly help.

What is the best time to visit?

Spring (April–June) and autumn (September–October) offer the most pleasant weather. Summers are hot, winters are mild and quiet.

Can I customise a tour?

Absolutely. Every tour can be adapted, or use our custom tour form and we will design one from scratch.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Between 30 and 14 days the deposit is non-refundable; within 14 days 50% of the price is charged.

Payment

How can I pay?

Online by Visa/Mastercard (Stripe), via Payme or Click (Uzcard, Humo), by bank transfer or in cash on arrival.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

No — a 30% deposit secures your booking. The balance can be paid later online or on arrival.

Is Uzbekistan safe?

Yes, Uzbekistan is considered one of the safest countries in the region, with very hospitable people.

What should I wear?

Light, comfortable clothes. For visiting mosques and mausoleums, cover shoulders and knees; women may bring a light scarf.
